Do you work with small charities or only large organisations?
We regularly support organisations of all sizes. Many of our clients are small or medium-sized charities looking for cost-effective fundraising talent. Our flexible model is designed to meet the needs of both growing teams and established income departments.
Can you help with fundraising strategy or mentoring?
Yes. Alongside recruitment, we offer strategic consultancy — including income planning, team structure reviews, campaign strategy and mentoring support for new hires or existing leaders. We can also pair clients with specialist advisors for short-term or project-based needs.
What does it cost?
We offer a range of models. Some roles are handled on a success-fee basis (you only pay if an appointment is made), while others involve fixed project fees or day rates for freelance placements. We’ll always be clear about pricing options at the outset.
How quickly can you start?
In most cases, we can begin a campaign or search within 3–5 working days. For urgent freelance or interim placements, we may be able to introduce candidates within 48 hours.
Do you only place fundraisers?
Our core expertise is in fundraising, but we also support selected roles in income leadership, business development, philanthropy, communications, and charity operations — particularly where they intersect with income generation.
