I started my career in sales-driven recruitment, which taught me a lot about pace, resilience, and how to spot real talent. A few years ago, I took a break to travel and reset – and when I came back, I knew I wanted to work in a way that felt more purposeful.

These days, I work freelance as a prospect researcher, helping charities find exceptional candidates. I blend rigorous research with a genuine understanding of what drives people, always aiming to deliver thoughtful, high-quality shortlists that go beyond the obvious.
